These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the good11 platform and all services operated under it. By using the service through the good11 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

good11 is an integrated platform for users in Bangladesh offering cricket betting, sports betting, online casino, live casino, and slot games. Following the rules below is mandatory to ensure these services are run properly and transparently.

All good11 services are strictly for individuals aged 21 or above. You must provide your correct date of birth at registration, and good11 reserves the right to verify age when necessary.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must not be located in any region where such services are prohibited.
• The user is using the service voluntarily and of sound mind.

Each user may create only one account. The name, mobile number, email address, and other details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. good11 reserves the right to close any account created with false information.

If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, good11 must be informed in advance; otherwise it may be treated as multi-accounting.

Account login details must be kept strictly confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact good11's support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.

good11 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made only from the user's own payment method.
• Sending funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• All transactions are processed through good11's secure SSL-encrypted system.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. good11 may request additional documents where applicable.

New good11 accounts receive a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. If you claim this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times (10×) the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• good11 reserves the right to change the duration or terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• It is not possible to withdraw directly from a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

good11's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Bets placed on good11 are generally final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, good11 reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the stake in cases of technical error, a clear pricing mistake, or event cancellation.

• Bets placed at an incorrect or unusual price may be cancelled by good11 at any time.
• If an event is cancelled mid-way, the stake is returned in most cases.
• good11's decision on settling bet outcomes is final.

good11's casino section features games from multiple trusted providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the game provider and may change over time.

All games use a certified algorithm (RNG) for random outcomes. No game result is predetermined, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account may be permanently closed:

• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to manipulate the system or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, the minimum necessary information may be shared with selected partners for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing purposes.

good11 believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment — it is not a guaranteed source of income. All users are encouraged to play within their means.

good11 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or information.

Users may request the closure of their own account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be given before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance and funds tied to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss from betting or gaming. good11 does not guarantee a positive outcome on any bet.

Any dispute relating to the use of the service will first be addressed through good11's support team. good11's decision will be considered final in the resolution of all disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any delay by good11 in enforcing a provision will not be considered a waiver of that provision.
